What’s an adjective that comes to mind when you see this?
If it were in a mcqueen show - couture.
If it were at the club downtown on Main St.- ghetto.
I hate when people classify black eccentric expressions as ghetto. Then 10 months later they’re in vogue.
My first thought was “punk rock!”. Hee hee.
